If your Aida Crystal purchase is anything less than anticipated, it may be returned for a credit or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Returned items must be in good condition, must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. Monogrammed, inscribed, or custom-engraved pieces may not be returned.Guarantee that defects in material or workmanship will be corrected without charge. Please note that occasional air bubbles, chill marks and flow lines are a natural occurrence in blown and molded crystal, so that even the finest material may show minor variations from piece to piece. Such are not considered defects.
